Moya wins sixth straight Champions title

Carlos Moya won a record sixth successive title on the ATP Champions Tour, besting Stefan Edberg in a thrilling final 3-6, 7-5, 10-8 (super-tiebreak) in the BNP Paribas Zurich Open. "It was such an honor for me to play against Stefan today," said Moya afterwards. "He was my idol for all my childhood, everyone who knows me knows that, even though our games couldn't be more different."
