Was Caterham’s ‘short cut’ worth £20,900
The ongoing row over intellectual property rights in the case of Force India vs. Aerolabs, and Italian car design company, has received judgment from the high court this week. Force India had accused Aerolab of using it’s intellectual property when Team Caterham, then Team Lotus, hired the firm to help with their car design back in 2009.
