Ferrari, Red Bull denied special test…does that matter?
All the best laid plans…as the saying goes. Ferrari and Red Bull Racing were attempting to attend the final test of the season in Barcelona from Friday to Monday instead of the scheduled time for the teams which was Thursday through Sunday.
